Fyizo FYZ-15-SW12 represents the newest generation of adjustable pressure switch technology, produced in partnership with Cleveland Controls. Designed to meet the needs of both residential and commercial applications, this universal switch offers dependable performance across HVAC systems, kitchen ventilation equipment, fryers, outdoor radiant heaters, and pool and spa heating systems. Its broad compatibility makes it an ideal solution for technicians who need a reliable replacement that covers multiple fixed-set-point switches.

This model features an adjustable range of 0.15 to 2.0 inches WC, allowing one switch to substitute for many common OEM pressures. The keyed adjustment mechanism enables quick field calibration with an Allen wrench, providing precise and consistent set point selection. The switch is capable of sensing positive, negative, and differential pressure, supporting a wide variety of operating conditions.

Engineered with installer flexibility in mind, the ANS2 mounting pan can be positioned in 16 different orientations, making it easier to accommodate tight or complex equipment configurations. The design supports multiple terminal arrangements, including SPNO, SPNC, and SPDT, using three angled quick-connect spade terminals for efficient wiring. When clearance is limited, the adjustment cover can be removed, allowing the switch to match the smaller footprint of the legacy NS2 model. When the cover is removed, a PVG and manometer must be used for calibration.

For kit versions, installers receive a mounting bracket, a set of orifices, and 3/16 inch silicone-cured tubing to simplify the setup process.

The ANS2 platform replaces earlier RSS and NS2 adjustable switches, offering improved durability, ease of adjustment, and consistent performance.
