Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. This does not include weekends or public
holidays.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.
Note: Shipping transit time (3–5
business days) begins after the 1–2 business day processing period.
Shipping Methods:

Domestic Shipping (Continental U.S. Only):
- Standard Shipping: Free shipping is available on orders of $99 or more (before tax).
- For orders under $99, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.
- Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days after processing
Expedited Shipping Options:
- We offer Expedited, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Delivery options for select items marked with the “Expedited Shipping Available” icon.
- These are paid premium services and can be selected during checkout if available.
- All expedited shipping options bypass our standard processing time and are prioritized for same-day shipment. However, they do not override the order cutoff time (3:00 PM CST), and are not fulfilled on weekends or public holidays, as most carriers do not operate on those days.
Next Day Delivery Delay Policy:
- If your Next Day Delivery order arrives 1 business day late, we will refund 50% of the shipping charge.
- If it arrives more than 1 business day late, we will refund 100% of the shipping charge.
- This refund applies even when the delay is caused by carrier service interruptions such as weather or operational issues.
Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Shipping: Automatically applied to all eligible domestic orders of $99 or more (before tax).
- Calculated Shipping: For orders under $99 or for expedited delivery, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and service level.
- International Shipping: Not available at this time.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after dispatch
You can also log in at www.beenimax.com and visit My Account → My Orders to track your shipment.
Carrier Tracking Links:
- UPS and FedEx tracking is available via direct links in your shipping confirmation email.
Delivery Confirmation & Signature Policy
Most packages do not require a signature at delivery. However, high-value orders may require a signature for security reasons.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders
- If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@beenimax.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will assist with a replacement or refund.
- If the package is marked “delivered” by the carrier but you did not receive it, we are not responsible for theft after delivery. In such cases, please file a claim with the carrier.
- Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect address information.
Potential Service Interruptions:
Orders may be delayed due to events beyond our control, including:
- Carrier service issues
- Severe weather
- Holidays
- Supply chain disruptions
We will notify you via email if we become aware of any delay affecting your shipment.
