90-Day Return Policy

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to return your purchase.

  • Condition for Free Returns: Free return shipping is available only for products that are unopened and unused, or for opened products that have been pre-approved by our team for return and shipped using our provided return label.

As a general policy, if the product has been opened, used, or installed, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We reserve the right to decline free return shipping or apply restocking fees based on product condition.


Restocking Fees

We apply restocking fees to returned items that have been opened, installed, used, or show signs of wear. The fee is based on the condition of the returned item and follows common industry standards:

  • 25% Restocking Fee: Light signs of handling, packaging opened but product unused.
  • 50% Restocking Fee: Item was briefly used but is in sellable condition with all original parts and packaging.
  • 75% Restocking Fee: Item was used or installed and is missing packaging or minor accessories.
  • 100% Restocking Fee: Item is damaged, heavily used, missing essential components, unsellable, or returned outside of the allowed timeframe.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: All return requests must be submitted in writing, either via email or through the Returns section of our website.
    • Email: support@beenimax.com
    • Website: Log into your account and navigate to My Account → My Returns to submit a return request.
    • Important: We do not process return requests via phone. This ensures all communications are documented for accuracy and accountability.
    • Our Returns system includes a built-in chat feature, allowing you to easily communicate with a support agent throughout the process. The return process is simple, fast, and fully guided.
  2. RMA Number: After your written request is received, you will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which must be included with your return.
  3. Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, if possible, to avoid damage during transit.
  4. Ship to:

  5. Include Inside: Your order number, your name, and the RMA number.

Return Timeliness Requirement

All authorized returns must be received within 18 calendar days of the RMA issuance. Returns received after this window — including returns shipped in a subsequent calendar month from the RMA issue date — will be subject to a 100% restocking fee, regardless of product condition.


Return Shipping Method & Insurance

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise specified. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.


Conditions of Return

  • Eligibility: Only items purchased directly from www.beenimax.com are eligible.
  • Exclusions: Custom orders, special orders, or items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for returns.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
  • Product Verification: For quality assurance and fraud prevention, all products shipped by Beenimax are photographed and logged by serial number prior to shipping. If a returned item:
    • Does not match the product we shipped,
    • Has a different serial number,
    • Appears to be used, substituted, or fraudulent, a 100% restocking fee will be applied and no refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Some items may display a return status of “Sorry, this item can’t be returned.” Items marked with this status are not eligible for return or refund.
  • These items cannot be returned for safety, regulatory, or resale reasons, including but not limited to:
    • Chemical products and hazardous materials
    • Items that become unsellable once opened, used, or installed
    • Products restricted by manufacturer, carrier, or regulatory requirements
  • If an item is designated as non-returnable, this status will be clearly shown on the product page prior to purchase. Non-returnable items are not eligible for return under any circumstances, except in cases where the item arrives defective or was shipped in error.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return:
    • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
    • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or you have received a prepaid return label with prior approval.
  • Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Legal Notice

This policy does not limit your rights under Illinois or federal consumer protection laws, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. If your item is defective or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement.
