The Nu-Calgon 4177-02 FlareMate Mini-Split Seal Pack delivers reliable, OEM-approved leak protection for your HVAC/R 45° SAE flare fittings. Specifically engineered for mini-split systems and existing flare joints showing small leaks.

  • Engineered 45° SAE Flare Seals — Designed for standard 45° SAE flare connections common in HVAC/R applications. 
  • Mini-Split Seal Pack Composition — Contains (2) 1/4-inch and (2) 1/2-inch flare seals. Ideal sizes for many liquid & suction line connections in mini-split units. 
  • Multi-Ring Seal Design — Multiple concentric rings ensure multiple sealing points along the flare mating surface for enhanced leak prevention. 
  • Copper Seal with Dry-Touch Baked Sealant — The copper seal is coated with a specially selected dry-touch sealant rated for refrigerants and lubricant compatibility. Helps compensate for surface scratches or slight misalignments in flare fittings.
  • Durable Temperature & Pressure Ratings — Reliable performance over a wide temperature range (-40 °F to ~300 °F) under typical refrigerant pressures used in HVAC/R systems.
