Nu-Calgon’s Foam-Brite 4178-01 is a premium, heavy-duty, non-acidic cleaning concentrate formulated for outdoor air-cooled condenser coils and finned heating/cooling coils. Offered in a 55-gallon drum, this powerful alkaline cleaner delivers maximum foam, brightening action, and excellent grease and soil removal — all without the hazards of acid-based alternatives.

  • Finned heating/cooling coils. 
  • NOT recommended for indoor coils, or aluminum surfaces / microchannel coils unless confirmed safe.

Safety & Handling
  • Wear protective gear: goggles, gloves, protective clothing. Eye damage and skin burns possible. 
  • Use outdoors only; avoid indoor use. Not for indoor coils.
  • Avoid contact with acids or strong oxidizing agents (dangerous reactions possible). 
  • Always follow proper dilution, rinse thoroughly after application.
