Directions for Use & Safety
  1. Safety First: Always wear protective gear—goggles, gloves, face protection, and protective clothing. Avoid breathing mist or vapors.
  2. Dilution: Mix 1 part Foam-Brite with 3 to 4 parts water. For tougher soils, a slightly stronger dilution may be used, but never use undiluted.
  3. Application: Use a durable low-pressure plastic sprayer. Apply solution evenly to dirty condenser coils. Allow 5-10 minutes contact time.
  4. Rinse: Thoroughly rinse with water to remove all cleaner. Residue can reduce performance or damage surfaces.
  5. Aftercare: Once clean and dry, optionally apply a coil protectant to extend coil life and improve resistance to corrosion and soil.
Why Choose Foam-Brite 4178-05?
  • Eliminates the hazards of strong acid coil cleaners without sacrificing effectiveness.
  • Provides high foaming, brightening, and cleaning performance—helps improve energy efficiency by restoring coil heat transfer ability.
