Description:

Nu-Calgon CalClean 4820-08 is a heavy-duty alkaline coil cleaner formulated to dissolve grease, dirt, and oxidation on air-cooled condenser coils, evaporator coils, and permanent filters. Safe on aluminum and other coil metals, CalClean restores system efficiency and heat-transfer performance without causing corrosion.
This biodegradable detergent combines surfactants, alkaline cleaners, corrosion inhibitors, and grease solvents, making it ideal for HVAC/R service contractors maintaining commercial and industrial systems.

Directions for Use
  1. Disconnect power and expose the surface to be cleaned.
  2. Dilute 1 part CalClean with 4–10 parts water, depending on soil level.
  3. Apply using a low-pressure sprayer and allow 5 minutes dwell time.
  4. Rinse thoroughly with water.
  5. Reconnect power after the surface is dry.
