The Nu-Calgon 4823-08 CalClean Special HD is a professional-grade, heavy-duty alkaline coil and filter cleaner designed for demanding HVAC/R maintenance applications. Packaged in a case of four 3.78-liter (1-gallon) containers, it delivers industrial-strength cleaning power for coils, filters, fan blades, housings, and finned metal surfaces.

Application & Mixing Instructions
  1. Turn off power to the unit and fans before cleaning.
  2. Mix 1 part CalClean Special HD with 5 parts water (1:5 dilution).
  3. Spray evenly onto coils or filters, allowing 5–15 minutes dwell time.
  4. Rinse thoroughly with clean water — repeat if necessary for heavily soiled surfaces.
