Description:

Nu-Calgon Nu-Brite is a heavy-duty, non-acid, alkaline coil cleaner formulated for outdoor air-cooled condensers. This high-foaming formula penetrates grease, oil, and dirt while brightening coil fins to restore system efficiency and appearance. Designed for HVAC technicians, the product is safe, effective, and biodegradable when used as directed.

Applications:
Ideal for air-cooled condenser coils, rooftop units, refrigeration condensers, and commercial HVAC systems. Do not use on indoor evaporator coils or coated microchannel coils.
 
Directions for Use:
  1. Turn off system power before cleaning.
  2. Dilute Nu-Brite with water (typical ratio 1:4 for heavy soil, 1:8 for light soil).
  3. Apply using a low-pressure sprayer.
  4. Allow foam to expand and dwell for 5–10 minutes.
  5. Rinse thoroughly with water.
