The Nu-Calgon Scorpion LX15 is a high-performance UVC-LED disinfection system engineered for residential and light commercial HVAC units. Using an advanced 265 nm germicidal wavelength, this system eliminates mold, bacteria, viruses, and unpleasant odors directly at the evaporator coil and within the airflow path.
The Scorpion LX15 is built with long-life LEDs rated for up to 30,000 hours, providing continuous coil treatment without bulb replacements. Its compact 15-inch design and magnetic or screw mounting options allow for quick, flexible installation in air handlers, furnaces, and ducted systems.
