The ProTech® OEM Burner Assembly controls and contains the flame in the water heater's ignitor pilot to ensure proper functionality and safety of the tank. The burner generates heat creating the hot water in the water heater tank. If the temperature of the water is inconsistent or not getting hot, the assembly burner may need to be replaced. Burner assembly is for natural gas water heaters and includes the gas valve and pilot assembly for ease of installation.
